Tichina Arnold hosts the 2015 National Action Network’s Triumph Awards

The National Action Network, founded by Rev. Al Sharpton in 1991, is one of the leading civil rights organizations in the nation.

This year the National Action Network hosted their 6th annual Triumph Awards in Atlanta, GA as well as partnered with TV One for it’s inaugural television broadcast.

Hosted by Tichina Arnold, the awards show celebrated and recognized the positive impact this year’s honorees made upon society through arts, entertainment, education, business and sports.


Attendees were entertained with musical performances by Ledisi, Jazmine Sullivan, and Estelle with musical scoring from musical director Robert Glasper.


Honorees of the night included Reverend Dr. Joseph E. Lowery, Wanda Sykes, Tyrese, and more for their humanitarian and philanthropic work.

Executive produced by Bart Phillips and Christina Norman the star studded awards show will air October 3rd, 2015 at 8pm EST on TV One.
