When in the early stages of building your personal/business brand, it’s important to discover who you are. Your brand grows, and connects with an audience due to who you are and what you portray. People connect to things and people they can relate to. All in all, the message your brand conveys should be synonymous with the life you live.

Take a moment to answer the following:

  • What is your spirit animal and why?

My spirit animal is a chameleon, it changes colors and can look in two directions at once. They are small, and adaptive, as they have a 360-degree view of their surroundings and they blend into their surroundings to co-exist.

The way you identify with a spirit animal helps you objectively identify how you handle real life situations, and how you feel you maneuver in different atmospheres.

As you continue to discover who you are and what you want your brand to offer your audience, make sure that your dream is clear, and that you are willing and open to make and help it grow.

As you begin brainstorming and working on your brand ask yourself,

  1. Who are you and what do you stand for?
  2. What is your purpose and why does it matter?

All great brands have a purpose, and are intentional. And the best brands that grow and thrive are lived.
